Refund Policy

​At Melo Carpet Cleaning, we take pride in delivering high-quality carpet, upholstery, and specialty cleaning services. Because every carpet, fabric, and stain is unique, results may vary depending on material type, condition, and the services selected.

Approval-Based Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only upon approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and our business.

Service Expectations

  • Cleaning results can vary based on carpet age, fiber type, prior damage, wear, and pre-existing stains.

  • Add-on services (such as heavy stain treatment, specialty chemicals, small carpet repairs, or upholstery cleaning) are not guaranteed to meet every customer’s expectations, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

  • Some stains or damage may be permanent even after professional treatment.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The service performed does not reasonably match the service agreed upon at booking.

  • Concerns are reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We are given the opportunity to inspect the issue and, when appropriate, attempt a re-clean or correction.

 

Non-Refundable Services

  • Add-on services, specialty chemicals, stain treatments, and repairs are non-refundable once performed, unless otherwise approved.

  • No refunds will be issued for services declined or modified after work has begun.

  • No refunds are provided based on dissatisfaction with results caused by permanent stains, wear, or pre-existing conditions.

 

Resolution First

Our priority is customer satisfaction. When possible, we will attempt a re-service or adjustment before considering a refund.
