Approval-Based Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only upon approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to both the customer and our business.
Service Expectations

Cleaning results can vary based on carpet age, fiber type, prior damage, wear, and pre-existing stains.

Add-on services (such as heavy stain treatment, specialty chemicals, small carpet repairs, or upholstery cleaning) are not guaranteed to meet every customer’s expectations, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

Some stains or damage may be permanent even after professional treatment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:

The service performed does not reasonably match the service agreed upon at booking.

Concerns are reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are given the opportunity to inspect the issue and, when appropriate, attempt a re-clean or correction.
Non-Refundable Services

Add-on services, specialty chemicals, stain treatments, and repairs are non-refundable once performed, unless otherwise approved.

No refunds will be issued for services declined or modified after work has begun.

No refunds are provided based on dissatisfaction with results caused by permanent stains, wear, or pre-existing conditions.
Resolution First
Our priority is customer satisfaction. When possible, we will attempt a re-service or adjustment before considering a refund.
