By booking a service with Melo Carpet Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Results
Cleaning results may vary depending on carpet or fabric type, age, condition, prior damage, and staining. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for permanent or pre-existing stains.
Add-On Services
Add-on services, including heavy stain treatments, specialty chemicals, small carpet repairs, and upholstery cleaning, are performed on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
Estimates & Pricing
Prices provided are estimates and may change based on actual job conditions, size, level of soiling, or additional services requested on-site. Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved before work continues.
Access & Safety
The customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. Melo Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened fibers, loose seams, shrinkage, or color loss resulting from cleaning.
Payment
Payment is accepted before or after service, as agreed at the time of booking. Full payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or denial of future services.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to approval and governed by our Refund Policy.
